BILLY BURKE DISHES ON CHARLIE, ‘NEW MOON’, AND AN ‘ECLIPSE’ CAMEO
Billy Burke sat down to talk to Access Hollywood recently to talk about all things New Moon. In this new interview, Billy dishes on how he hates Charlie’s signature mustache (but how it’s his fault Charlie has one in the first place!), what he thought about the rough cut he saw of New Moon, who he was starstruck by on the set of Eclipse and more. Also, in the second clip you’ll notice Billy talks about being starstruck by someone on the Eclipse set who makes a special cameo as a vampire. One of our lovely staffers, MSUBando, was nice enough to take the time to do a little digging to find out more about who Billy was talking about. Read a little more about it below:
Based on the clues Billy gave, the special cameo is made by Peter Murphy, the lead singer of the band Bauhaus. Bauhaus was big in the late 70s early 80s (http://www.bauhausmusik.com/news/index.html) and apparently started Goth rock. The cameo is also noted on Peter Murphy’s official website, which states the following:09.13.09
Murphy to film cameo role. Peter will film his cameo role in the new and third film in the twilight series called “Eclipse” on September 24th - 26th. Expect a classic pM appearance once the film is released which will probably be spring of 2010.

SOOOOOOOO excited about Peter Murphy in Eclipse! I do think its funny that 90% of the Twilight audience will have no idea who he is. How amazing would it be if he/Bauhaus was featured on the soundtrack?!!!
