Volvo S60R - Mentioned in Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse & Breaking Dawn

As mentioned in Twilight, New Moon, and Eclipse, Edward drives a 300hp Volvo S60R, seen below. Apparently, it’s the sport version of the standard S60. After all, what better car than an ultra-safe Volvo to speed around town in?
For Twilight the Movie, the film makers went with the sportier looking Volvo C30. I’m pretty certain Volvo’s had a bit of input on the merchandising aspect of the movie. While I’ll always root for an accurate depiction of the book, I think the C30 has a better “wow” factor, especially on the big screen. It’s got sexier lines and even if it has less horsepower than the S60R, it certainly looks capable of the speeds that Edward’s used to driving at.
