NEW MOON DVD GUIDE
It’s here! We have the long-awaited New Moon DVD guide for this week’s Merchandise Monday. Feeling confused about all of your DVD options? We have all the different DVD’s listed with their links so you can decide exactly which “extras” you want to get.
The Basic
The basic New Moon DVD is a Special Edition 2-disc set. The special features on the New Moon DVD are:

• The Journey Continues: A six part documentary on the making of New Moon (60 minutes)

Now it gets complicated. Each store wants an “exclusive” copy of the DVD to sell so what we have are more options that are tacked on as special features, additional discs, new footage and merchandise. Available Only at Target is the 3 Disc Deluxe Edition DVD with Bonus Collectible Film Cell. Included in this edition are the Standard Edition 2-Disc DVD plus a exclusive third disc of over 50 minutes of never before seen content and an exclusive bonus collectible film cell. The Target Exclusive 3rd Disc content includes: Deleted Scenes, Introducing the Volturi Featurette, Frame by Frame: From Storyboard to Screen Featurette, Fandamonium: A Look at the Die Hard Fans, and The Beat Goes On: The Music of New Moon Featurette. Exclusive Bonus Collectible Film Cell is an authentic reproduction of a cell from the filming of the Twilight Saga: New Moon contained within a beautiful glossy photo. Each is individually numbered with goal foil lettering and measures approximately 5X7. Film Cell included will be one of 250 available collectible cells. Walmart has The Ultimate Fan Edition with collectible Lenticular Packaging and it includes a 7-minute sneak peek of “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse” which begins with an exciting behind-the-scenes look at the production of the newest film in the franchise. New interviews with stars Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner, as well as with series-creator Stephenie Meyer are integrated with revealing, on-the-set footage of some of the key scenes and sets from the upcoming movie. This first-look at “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse” then concludes with the world premiere of an actual scene from the film between Bella and Edward that will surely have “Twilight” fans swooning.
