Billy Burke Recalls Emotional Scene with Bella in ‘Breaking Dawn - Part 2′

While at Comic Con, MTV had a chance to interview the many cast members who were there to promote Breaking Dawn - Part 2. In this interview Billy Burke talks about the very emotional scene his character, Charlie Swan, shared with his daughter Bella (Krsiten Stewart), when she first revealed her new vampire nature. On to the star-studded meat of this week’s column, which features a bite from an interview I did with Billy Burke, a.k.a. Charlie Swan, during which we discussed one of the more emotional scenes in “Breaking Dawn - Part 2,” when Charlie meets Bella as a vampire.
“Well, first of all, Kristen and I, we’ve had a great time throughout the entire filming experience, and that scene in particular, the last episode of the entire saga, was kind of emotional for everybody, and surprisingly so,” he told us at Entertainment Weekly’s popular Comic-Con celebration. “Nobody really expected that, and as we were doing it, it kind of hits you.”
