At last week’s Hollywood Foreign Press Association’s annual luncheon, Mark Wahlberg told Leonardo DiCaprio that Taylor Lautner was taking over in Hollywood. The LA Times has a brief interview with Taylor Lautner as he discusses his upcoming movie, Abduction, from the red carpet at Sunday’s Teen Choice Awards. Although the background noise is quite loud, you can hear Taylor talk about how nervous he made the insurance company on the set of Abduction because he was doing so many stunts. Check out the interview below:

“I slide down this huge glass awning to an escalator, and I actually did that all myself,” Lautner told E! News’ Marc Malkin outside the Gibson Amphitheater before heading inside, where he’d named choice male actor for his role in “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse.”

“The insurance company was freaking out the whole movie because every single day I’d show up and the question would be, ‘I’m doing all my stunts, right?’ And 99% of the time, the answer was ‘yes,’ which was great. But, yeah, I got a few bruises. But nothing too bad.”

As for the fans lining the carpet trying to catch a glimpse of him Sunday night, Lautner insisted he was still not accustomed to the fanfare.

“I don’t think I ever get used to it,” he said, smiling. “It’s always different in a way and so surreal.”

Nikki Reed may have gone solo to the Teen Choice Awards Sunday night, but that doesn’t mean fiancé Paul McDonald was far from her mind. The actress showed off her shiny nails, featuring Paul before telling MTV that the singer was also doing a lot of the wedding planning himself. Check it all out after the jump:

“He’s doing a lot of it, he is. He’s, like, taking control,” Reed said with a laugh. “He sits with his computer in between songs and is kind of on a roll with everything.”

McDonald couldn’t make it to the awards show over the weekend, but the 23-year-old actress found a way to bring him along with her anyway. “Paul’s on my nails,” she smiled, pointing at her hand. “I put Paul on each one of my nails, and that’s his band, the Grand Magnolias. That’s their logo because he can’t be here, and I said I’d take him with me.”

Yup, that’s the face of her fiancé of about two months, American Idol alum Paul McDonald, on each of her nails.

The Twilight beauty told me it took about four hours to complete. And she didn’t even tell McDonald about it.

Until now, that is.

“I told him I have a surprise for him,” Reed said.

When I took a photo of her hands, Reed said, “I’ll show him when you post the picture!”

Last night at the Teen Choice Awards, MTV was able to sneak in a quick chat with Taylor Lautner as he walked the red carpet. Taylor chatted a bit about never knowing what to wear to award shows, before getting into some Breaking Dawn talk. Taylor tells MTV how he’s seen several screenings of Breaking Dawn so far and that it’s so full of emotion, we are guaranteed to cry. Check out the interview below:

Quickly the conversation turned to, you guessed it, “Twilight.” Lautner revealed that he’s done something very few people can say they have: He’s seen “Breaking Dawn - Part 1,” Twi-hards. “I’ve seen it a few times,” he said. “I saw it for the first time while we were still filming, so it was a really rough cut, but I’ve seen several versions since then, and it’s getting better and better.”

As the film gets closer to its November release, Lautner wants fans to brace themselves for an emotional roller coaster. “You are going to face a lot of emotions, definitely,” he teased. “You are going to be angry. I guarantee you [that] you will cry multiple times. There’s a good mix. It’s definitely different than any of the ones before.”

The cooking habits of our Twilight cast have become big interview questions ever since Kristen Stewart’s love of cooking became public gossip. Here MTV catches up with Ashley Greene at last night’s Teen Choice Awards, and finds out what sorts of things the Breaking Dawn cast was cooking up. Check out the interview below:

Greene said that she and her costar and offscreen BFF Kellan Lutz became a bit too food-happy once they found out there was a Whole Foods right around the corner from where they were staying while filming “Breaking Dawn.” Apparently the duo helped keep the grocery store in business by spending a lot of money during their time there.

“Me and Kellan get excited sometimes and we’re like, ‘let’s just buy everything, we’re going to cook every night,’ not like, we’re going to be at work, you know what I mean?” Greene said with a laugh.

She said the two of them made a lot of fish dishes, though she typically sticks to chicken. But Greene was most excited by the times they experimented with new recipes.

“I made my own homemade mojito one time, which was pretty interesting and awesome,” Greene admitted. “We made pumpkin soup, which I had never made before. We just got recipes and kind of mixed it up.”
