Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson Win “Best Kiss” for the 4th Straight Year at the MTV Movie Awards
They’ve done it again, and it looks like this could be one record that’s pretty hard to break. Pattinson couldn’t attend the awards ceremony due to prior commitments for his upcoming film “Cosmopolis,” suggesting an interesting acceptance speech smooch solution for co-star Stewart.
“I think Kristen is going, so she’s going to kiss herself if she wins,” he said with a grin.
And, well, that’s sort of what Stewart did. After taking the stage and asking for a succession of co-stars, including “Snow White and the Huntsman” actors Chris Hemsworth and Charlize Theron and “Twilight” hunk Taylor Lautner, to come help her out, Stewart turned her back to the audience and mimed a steamy make-out all by herself.
She kept her actual acceptance speech short and sweet: “Thanks, guys, this really means a lot. Thank you, guys, very much for giving us Best Kiss again. Thank you.”
