Taylor Lautner Describes “Lifelong Bond” for Jacob and Renesmee in ‘Breaking Dawn - Part 2′

Posted June 25th, 2012 By: Evie No Comments »

Poor Taylor Lautner’s taken a lot of heat and been the source of many jokes ever since the media (and even his cast mates) realized that he would indeed have to act out the imprinting scene between his character, Jacob Black, and the little baby, Renesmee, in Breaking Dawn - Part 1. Now Taylor has gone on to assure everyone that the continuing relationship between Jacob and Renesmee that we will see in Breaking Dawn - Part 2 isn’t nearly as creepy as some might think, and that it’s really just a “lifelong bond”. Read more below:

In the past, Lautner has said he found the metaphysical mechanics of it all a bit confusing. But talking to Stephenie Meyer and diving back into the book got him more comfortable with the notion of being in love with a child. “Everybody likes to tease me about it,” he says. “Everyone thinks it’s so funny, and I laugh along with them, but it’s important for me to keep in my mind that it’s as simple as a lifelong bond. It’s not nearly as creepy as everybody likes to joke.

That “everybody” includes Robert Pattinson, needless to say. “Oh, I can’t wait till he has to do live TV,” Pattinson says of Lautner with a gleeful cackle. “Did you ask him if his taste in women has changed? The first scene I saw them together, I literally could not stop laughing. I wouldn’t have been able to do it.”

Lautner remains resolute: “I think people will be very happy with the whole imprinting

New Still of Bella and Jacob’s Wedding Reception Dance in ‘Breaking Dawn - Part 1′

Posted April 14th, 2012 By: Evie No Comments »

Yes, I realize Breaking Dawn - Part 1 has been out on DVD here in the USA since February, but when I stumbled across this beautiful still from the movie’s wedding scene where Bella gets a dance with Jacob, I couldn’t resist posting it. I think the still perfectly captures that moment of peace Bella has when her long-lost friend reappears just in time at her wedding. Edward gives her a moment to just be with her friend (before of course he has to get all nosy and ruin the moment). Enjoy the still of Bella and Jacob below:

Thanks Noor!

Can I just say one more time, how exquisite the back of Bella’s dress is? Those buttons are so gorgeous. Kristen Stewart certainly wore the dress well!

What do you think of this still of Bella and Jacob from Breaking Dawn - Part 1?

Ashley Greene and Jackson Rathbone Rehearse ‘Breaking Dawn’ Dance Scene

Posted April 3rd, 2012 By: Evie 1 Comment »

A new behind-the-scenes video has turned up online that features Ashley Greene and Jackson Rathbone as they practice for their big dance scene which takes place during the wedding reception in Breaking Dawn - Part 1. The duo is being coached along by choreographer Paul Becker as they twirl and dance across the room. Check out the video below:

Thanks Becky!

This is a cute look at Ashley and Jackson working hard to perfect some fancy footwork! Honestly, the scene in the movie threw me a little, but I guess it is cute to see Alice and Jasper get some time together as a couple.

What do you think of this behind-the-scenes look at Ashley and Jackson rehearsing their dance? Did you like the actual scene in Breaking Dawn - Part 1 where Alice and Jasper show off their dance moves?

Could ‘Breaking Dawn - Part 2′ Take the Box Office by Storm?

Posted March 27th, 2012 By: Evie 4 Comments »

Right on the heels of the Access Hollywood discussion regarding the different yet similar demographics between The Twilight Saga and The Hunger Games, Hollywood.com has an article that focuses solely on the magic of the first teaser trailer for Breaking Dawn - Part 2. Could the magic of seeing Bella finally find her place in the world as a vampire bring Breaking Dawn - Part 2 to the top of the box office? Read more below:

Naysayers beware: even those who met the first films of the series with lukewarm reactions were turned around by Breaking Dawn - Part 1 (here’s our review for proof), while 2012 is shaping up to be Stewart’s year of image redefinition. Here, she’s completely alive in a way we haven’t seen her before. For those who hoped Stewart would one day come alive on screen, her turn as a bloodthirsty undead may, ironically, the be that opportunity.

Watch the tail end of the spot, Bella emerging from behind a tree, ready to hunt down a deer. Bizarre, crazy and in perfectly tune with director Bill Condon’s previous installment, there’s reason to believe Breaking Dawn - Part 2 will top its predecessors. There’s a new vampire in town and it appears she’s ready to give the Twlight series even more bite.

Read the full story at Hollywood.com here.

Thanks Noor!

What do you think? Could vampire Bella bring Breaking Dawn - Part 2 to an all-time box office hit?
